* Our contract work fee is based on; seasonal, monthly or one time service per project workorder.
* Cemeteries may provide; materials and augmented assistance.​
* We document each project by date and materials for your records.


CONTRACTS   By: VOLUNTEERS (no labor)

 Project: ​one cemetery Plot or one cemetery Lot
We Provide time, skills and lite equipment

   *CEMETERY CONTRACT: LEVEL-1   You Provide; all materials, any heavy equipment, mileage, setup and administrative overhead.

   *CEMETERY CONTRACT: LEVEL-2  We provide all materials, equipment.  You Pay; mileage, setup and administrative overhead.

   **NOTE: Each project comes with free cost estimate per request. Contract may be terminated anytime by either party.

*OUR FREE PROJECT COST ESTIMATE:  
 - because of the nature of the work, we are unable to quote a price per-multiple projects a season.  
 - prices are determined by what we deliver to each project.  
 - a Project is per burial plot or lot, not labor hours of work.  
 - typical fees run from $40 – $180 per single/double Plots. Lots around $100 _ $600 to include all materials
 - volunteer compensation and mileage. (standard current acceptable fees apply).
 - equipment use and administrative overhead.


Please keep in mind that our goal, as volunteers, is to improve the look and stability of your cemetery Plot and or Lot at a professional service and affordable price.

Typically the cemetery board or authority will choose projects in the cemetery to complete per season, not to exceed your budgeted amount, we meet or beat that amount.

 ​Examples of work requested:
   * Replace damaged or worn sandstone headstone: Typical replacements would be a granite plaque(5x5x1/4 inch), your size choice , with description of burial provided by deed holder, family or cemetery. We attach plaque to a fabricated vertical headstone marker mounted on a foundation. Or prone durable marker. (note: if prone or flat, plaque mounted centered / flush on foundation level to grade).

   * Move & Reset obelisk(pillar) away from tree on a new foundation

   * Replace broken headstone / marker foundation and stabilize.​

   * Level / Stabilize existing single and double upright headstone / marker and foundatio
