We are always looking for Volunteers and you only work when you have free time, these are fun times. So give us a call or stop out. It's a grave responsibility. /;-)

      WHAT WE DO:

We aim to help families service Plots and Headstones of loved ones...  it's a grave responsibility
Have you recently visited a grave of a loved one and discovered the headstone was in the rough? Biological growth, like algae, fungi, and lichen, can cause the deterioration of cemetery headstones by trapping moisture and secreting acids. In addition, plant life such as ferns, ivy, moss, and trees surrounding monuments can be damaging. Staining from rain and plant life also makes for a poor-looking headstone. Also, winter frost and roots penetrating the foundation may cause leaning, heaving, and cracking.

Do Not Clean Your Headstone, without the appropriate equipment and cleaner.  Often household cleaners will not work, they do more damage !  NEVER BLEACH !!
If not carefully researched, an attempt to clean a gravestone will result in more damage. Also, you will need the permission of the cemetery to do any work. But if you would like to do your cleaning, we understand and will show you the best way. We work with cemeteries to maintain their objective design and cemetery schematics.

If your families headstone is leaning or fallen over, we will do all the heavy work and reset your family gravestone with a appropriate footing and foundation.

JUST HOW DO WE DO IT ANYWAY:   We work with mostly donated equipment (Thank You, John Kovacs) that we adapt to our work. This helps keep things safe while giving an advantage to a couple of old retired farts. Safety is paramount when working with headstones and is always front and center of our work. When we get the call for help, we like to visit the cemetery location first to determine the best action needed to get the best results. After that, we calculate the cost and keep you up to date, and you have the freedom to help or watch if you like. If you agree, we will visit the cemetery director to get permission and understand their rules. Then we put you on the schedule. We let the cemetery director know to inspect it when the job is finished. If OK, we will contact you with the invoice. Labor is free by volunteers who want to make a difference but are compensated for expenses. We need to charge for materials required, like aggregate, cement, sand, soil, lawn seed, and any travel fees and tax. We support your local business for materials and any if needed, equipment.

Volunteers Appreciated. If you love the outdoors, we would love to have your help bringing dignity and pride lost in our cemeteries. Start with your neighboring cemetery, and become a much-needed volunteer. We train you; just ask. We need your assistance in all trades like office, marking, equipment repair, and digging with your hands in the dirt. Young and old, a helpful, fun, and different way to spend some leisure time makes a big difference. Thank You to all those Volunteers who serve; it is most approached.

We Would Love to Have You Visit !  😊
